Hi, I have an HP Color LaserJet MFP M283fdw and recently installed the twain scan software to allow scanning directly into the web. I've also installed the scan software for HP. When selecting to scan using the auto feeder, all pages pull through, however, only the first page gets scanned. Is there an extra installation or setting that needs to be set to allow this?

Press key combo "Windows Key + S" enter "service" > click on Service App
> change the Startup type to Automatic for the following services
- Shell Hardware Detection = ShellHWDetection
- Print Spooler = Spooler
- Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) = stisvc

I think there is a different problem here, as it says in the first post:

Do I understand correctly that all pages are fed in at once?
This also explains why only one page is scanned.
You can feed the pages individually via the ADF. But then you have to press the “+” and the next page will be fed. Try it ...
I suspect there is a feeding problem here!
