I just set up my all-in-one printer, and installed the HP Smart App. I got this printer specifically because of the scanning capabilities, and now I'm finding that all I can do is scan single documents. There is no option to save as a PDF, nor to create multi-page documents. Every time I've Googled or gone to HP Support, I get the same pre-created message about opening up the HP app, choosing "Scan", and changing the default settings. None of the windows pop up that these messages suggest, nor are there any "advanced setting" options for me change.
What is going on?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
You do have the option to scan multiple pages. You need to hit on the + sign after you scan the first page to add more pages
