Cannot scan using the HP Solution Center I can bring up HP print and scan doctor and scan with it and it works just find I can use. The control windows. and I can leave it on the desktop as long as I do not turn the computer off. I can go back and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor and get it back on the desktop. Is there a way to bring up the control window and keep it on the desk top even if I shout the computer down and bring it back up Just like the other programs? When I say the control window I mean where you put the file name and where you want to store it.

Generally, you may browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Digital Imaging\bin and launch hpiscnapp.exe OR hpqkygrp.exe to launch the HP Scan software.

I found the hpiscnapp but it does not show as EXE it will bring up the scanning screen and lets you scan but your need the window before it to show what you want to name the file and were to store it. The window I am talking about has what you want to scan like a picture or a PDF .
The hpqkygrp it to does not show the exe extension. It shows ( The scanning software was launched with improper command-line argument. AT the bottom left the screen it has a message ( show extended error information 8,[(C-1,0,0)]
How do I get the screen to show what I want to name the file and were to store it? I am sorry if I sent this

earlier I was having problems wasn't sure if it went.

I thank this is the window I need hpqkygrp but did not get and answer I ask for. The control window I need is the one Where you select what you want to do scan a picture scan a PDF or other things and then put in what you want to name the file and where you want to store it example C:/Melvin/pictures.. This is what I wrote you about in my last message.

This is what I wand to be able to put on my lap top and keep there. This is from the print/scan doctor. is there any way to do this. Maybe someone can write a program to make this happen. For get the picture of the person just what is above him.
