Trying to Scan from printer to computer using the printer screen. Press Scan and then Scan to Computer. Keep getting the message to go to 123.hp.com to download latest software. Have done this several times but no luck. Have also turned off the printer and turned back on - same result. Tried restarting the Mac - same result.  I know I can use the computer to scan but it is so much easier to just use the printer screen.  It all worked fine until last week.  Anyone had the same problem please?

Hi @Ganmaa,

I'd like to help!

Install the HP Utility for Mac from here. Now follow the steps below to enable scan to a computer on your Mac:

Open the HP Utility Folder and go to Scan to Computer

Try Scanning.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
