Product: HP Smart Tank 5000/5100 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My brand new 5100 series printer, when I use the copyier scanner, it only prints out a quarter page black rectangle and a solid black preview. Also when I was setting up the printer, it would not print a print head alignment page and I have no idea how to make it work. It just will not print one I need help or I’m going to send this back.
