Buongiorno, acquistato la stampante il 19 dicembre 2020 e dal 23 maggior 2022 lo scanner automatico non funziona più ed emette un rumore come di ingranaggi rotti.

Mi sono rivolto al rivenditore, essendo non ancora trascorsi due anni dall'acquisto e mi è stato risposto di rivolgermi al centro assistenza.

Il centro assistenza mi ha riferito che non seguono più queste stampanti a getto di inchiostro e che conviene comprarne una nuova anche tenuto conto che non arrivano facilmente i pezzi di ricambio.

A questo punto chiedo assistenza alla casa madre perchè dopo un anno e 4 mesi non è corretto rispondere in questo modo ad un utente.

Sicuramente non è una grande immagine per HP.

Che delusione ho provato, grazie se vorrete darmi assistenza
