When trying to print from something other then Microsoft, such as receipt or return slip from Amazon,  the Select Printer shows: Microsoft XPS Document in Writer OR Send to One Note 2013. Does not show HP OfficeJet 3830.

And won't print.  Will you please help me?

Hi @1harumph

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

You will have to choose the Officejet printer while printing from other applications. Click on the drop-down arrow with the printer name to select the required printer.

Alternatively, on the PC, go to Printers and scanners > Click on the Officejet printer > Manage > Set as default.

Try printing.

If the issue persists, send a screenshot of the issue in your next post for better assistance.
