Untill recently scans were directed to Windows Live mail but now to Outlook, which I do not want

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. 

 

For this, you will have to reconfigure the Scan to E-mail:

No, this does not do the trick. The problem is not that I don't get an email with a PDF attached, but that the wrong e-mailprogam is chosen: Outlook instead of Live Mail which is my default e-mailprogram.
