Hello,
When trying to scan to email from my HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One i am always getting a "server failure" error on the printer.
I am using Amazon AWS SMTP service. I was able to set it up successfully. The configuration test comes out successful. And I do receive the scan to email test message on my mailbox. But when I try to scan to email from the printer it does not work.
I have tried the following without any success :
- Update the printer's firmware
- Remove and enable the web-services
- Assign a Google DNS
Please advise.
Best regards,

I finally found a solution so I am sharing with the community:
Create a dedicated g m a i l account with a strong password but without any symbol character (just letter and number)
Decrease security setting to minimal :de activate 2 step authentication and allow less secure app access
Use smtp.g m a i l.com port 25 without secure connection, enter login / password from the g m a i l account
It should work.

@Mathieu-2201, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps!
