TRYING TO FAX AND GETTING A MESSAGE THAT PRINTER NOT RECOGNIZED BY SERVER

Hi @MARKL10,

The HP ENVY 6055 All-in-One Printer, Scanner and Copier is not a fax machine and doesn’t offer any fax capabilities, including its specifications below (The same specifications are shared for any model of the series, either standard or HP Plus bubdle as below example):

Any faxing application you may try setting up may refer to any internal modem fax for a computer, not to such a device.
