Set up speed dials on MFP 428FDW - can't find this information anywhere

My older model made it easy to assign speed dial fax numbers.  I can't see how to do this on my newer model.

Thanks so much.  Yes, I know how to add the contact and name it.  If I recall, it was just much easier navigating to the menu.  I used to go to the fax menu and just press the speed dial number and voila!  But, oh well. I thought I was missing something.  I so appreciate your response.  Have a great day!
