Skewed Image After Scanning

All scans, whether using the document feeder or setting the document on the glass, come out crooked.  Consistently, a few degrees twisted to the right.  I have checked and cleaned the roller, checked the scan feeder for alignment, and checked the glass sides for alignment. All seems to be OK. This is my second 9025 printer that has had this problem. My first printer I returned to then store and got a new one; same problem with the scans coming out crooked and this was a new printer coming right out of the box and after going through the setup procedures. Same problem occurs when copying.

Hi,

To avoid skewing, adjust the guides on the document feeder to remove any gaps next to the edges of the paper and the guide. The paper stack should slide easily into tray and not bind against the guides.

May you see any difference once verifying the above?

That wasn't the problem. I spent a couple hours with HP on the service chat diagnosing different issues and they determined that it is some type of internal hardware issue. HP is sending me a new printer.
