When I scan my artwork, there are what looks like slice marks through the images. It's not a white or black line, its actually a whole section that is slightly offset. It's not something that's on the glass - it appears to be in the scan itself.

Yes, I can (and have been) fixing it in Photoshop - but it's an extra step. Just got this scanner a few weeks ago, so would love to fix this now.

Also anyone else know why the printer warmup is SO INCREDIBLY LOUD AND AWFUL? Does that go away after more use?Screen Shot 2020-09-25 at 11.07.41 AM.png

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the scan quality.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you facing the same issue when you make a copy?
