We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I can print from the Smart App but cannot scan. It shows that my printer status is:

HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 (886192) and Ready To Print.

When I selectet Printer Scan, I get the error that says

"This feature is not supported by the selected printer. Connect to a different printer to use this feature".

 

**I was able to finally get it to scan by lifting the top of the printer where the scanning glass is. Not sure why but after lifting it and closing it (tightly) a few times, suddenly the feature became available again on the app and I was able to scan the document through the document feeder. I hope this helps someone with the same issue.
