The smart app used to work fine and it still sees my printer and can tell me how much ink I have left but to scan it asks me to log in. When I click on the log in button a blank browser page pops up. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that has not worked. The HP chat bots don’t seem to be any use and don’t seem to be programmed for this problem. I am seriously unimpressed with HPs customer service as even though my printer is in warranty there doesn’t seem to be any way I can get to speak to a real person to resolve my issue. Does anyone know the solution to the log in problem? Or does any one have a phone number for a UK customer service who deals with domestic printer/scanners and can help me with my issue. Thanks.
