Hello

I use a printer HD deskjet 2600 under Windows 10 with the program 'HP deskjet 2600 series"

I can no longer scan. It says : HP deskjet 2600 not found ( in French : introuvable)

In another computer, with the application, it's the same

It's a recent pb
Can you help me, please, thks

Pb solved by uninstallation-reinstallation

It begins to be old but I think I used 'Hp print and scan doctor' and I used the uninstall utility included

HP Print and Scan Doctor officiel pour Windows | Téléchargement gratuit hppsdr.exe

Then I reinstalled with 'HP easy start' (the old program "Hp deskjet 2600 series' not the appli 'HP Smart' that I don't like)
