Spectrum is Provider. They say problem is not with the phone connection

I can neither send nor receive faxes.  Phone provider says it is not the fault of the phone connection.  I have internet, phone with answering and printer all connected to one another.  Fax function worked with a previous provider, but today this provider says it is not the fault of the connection.

What exact error returns when you try to fax?

Please print and evaluate a Fax Test Report:

Does it indicate any failure?

Also, select Fax > Settings > Fax Reports and select Fax Error Report, then select On Fax Send.

Now try faxing, what error is indicated by the report?
