Never previously had problem as have had this printer for several years. Scanner won't scan to email but will print. Wireless network test results 'no problems found'. Followed troubleshooting including turning everything on and off again. I go to 'scan'/'email' and I get 'printer could not connect to the server'. Clearly is because it is printing. Followed trouble shooting for 'proxies' (this is where my limited computer literacy is now totally  exhausted) but no joy. Any advice from someone who has had similar problem? Many thanks.
