Has anyone had an issue when scanning two-sided documents. The front side scans correctly but the back side has streaks.
Please see attached images:
Images 1 and 2 are of a scanned page(front/back).
Images 3 and 4 are of a scanned blank page(front/back).

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to a wall outlet & not to a surge protector.
