Just this morning I have streaks showing up on my scans and copies.  The unit prints perfectly, with no defects.  Is this something I can fix, or do I have to dispose of this unit as I had to do with my previous HP all in on unit.

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you try to switch off and turn on the printer (making sure that the scanner lid is closed) and try to scan and copy again?

 

 

If it is still showing streaks, then perhaps your scanner is defective.
