hi repairatrooper

betty106 suggested I check f/w was stuck on an old one but my 3630 deskjet reports that its SWP1FN2020CR f/w is the most current. "Thanks for your patience" is the only thing that is reported so I guess that is the error message being reported (sorry) Betty106 also suggested uninstall & reinstalling hp smart may help but it doesnt appear to have done as yet. Any other ideas?

Thanks

my chromebook (& many others) but you are correct in pointing out not all can run android app's & in this particular case runs an emulation of android in excess of v7.0

Does that make it ok..?

Thanks
