The 8133 printer will not scan documents from the feeder tray

Welcome to the HP English Community --

OK - The printer does include an Automatic Document Feeder.

The paper size / type are likely limited to standard paper size for your region and possibly one other. ?

The printer, unlike its cousin the HP OfficeJet Pro 91xx series, does not support automatic 2-sided scan.

That just means scanning 2-sided documents is more complicated than load-and-go.

What?  Scan one side, remove stack from printer - rotate - return stack - print 2nd side(s).

How to scan with an HP printer

I found the specifications for this model --

מדפסת HP OfficeJet Pro 8133 All-in-One (68K75B)

Same Page - Translated using Google Translate:

HP OfficeJet Pro 8133 All-in-One Printer (68K75B)

The content translated -- the right-to-left and over to left-to-right reading is kind of a mess.

?

So - the general Scan from ADF task is supported.

The amount of work required and the exact steps depend on your Operating System / version, the applications / software you are using, the settings, and paper size / type of the original document you are scanning.

Windows and the Full Driver printer software is going to be a better (more robust) choice -

For example,

HP Scan - part of the full driver software

HP Universal Scan - similar to the original HP Scan software with added features

Plus -- (having first installed the software) -- other Scan apps or software are available.
