Hello everyone,
I have a problem. I canceled the scan while doing a scan, and i couldn't scan again. The error message: "The HP Scan application is currently in use with another task or another user on this computer. Please wait until the order task is complete and then try again."
How is there a solution to this problem?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- shut down printer via on/off switch
- switch off the router
- shut down the computer
- wait about 60 sec.
- switch on the router, wait until the router has completely initialized itself again
- Switch on the printer, wait until the printer has finished its initialization
- switch on computer, log in (with admin rights) and wait about 10 sec.
... and now everything's working again?
