A warm welcome to HP Community!

Increasing the scan resolution(PPI) should improve the quality of the scanned image. The following steps should help you increase the scan resolution using HP Easy scan:

1.) Open HP Easy Scan.

2.) Click Presets and select Edit Settings.

 

3.) Click Resolution and change it to 300 or 600.

 

 

4.) Click Done.

5.) Try to Scan.
