Product: HP Deskjet GT 5820
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have tried all possible measures of checking the printing preferences, taking out the plug for 60 seconds (as recommended in the HP Video, have run the HP scan&print doctor and taken all the steps explained in this video by HP--> https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-J8FEmA2iSU.

Hi,

Make sure the paper settings are correct, a such will likely happen due to an incorrect paper type or size setting.

 

See page 21 of its user guide to change the paper settings through the EWS page:

If it is connected with a USB, use HP Smart to access the EWS page, open the HP Smart app and select your printer, then double-click the printer icon and select Advanced Settings.
