I have not been able to find a way to correct the sender anme.The download advice says to go to the left navigation page and click on the "Outgoing Email Profiled Link" but unfortunately it does not appear on oour printer screen. Either I am misinterpreting how to get to the screen or I am mtotally looking in the wrong place. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Hi,

this would be changed from the EWS page of the printer.

 

On the top side of your printer click the Ethernet or Wireless icon and then click the middle Ethernet or Wireless icon and take a note of the listed IP Address.

 

From your computer type the IP Address in your web browser to access its EWS Page.

 

Open the Scan tab and press the Outgoing Email Profiles within the left pane there, click Edit for the scan profile and follow the steps to change the sender address, then press Save and Test.
