Product: Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I am trying to input SharePoint and I get a protocol error both on my computer and my printer. I can see the quickset saved on my printer but it gives me the same error. What is the problem?

hello, new to forums. I have the MFP 479 dwn and same issue. "protocol not supported". This is so frustrating. I've even bought a Brother machine.
I know for certain the share point path is correct. I know the username and password are correct. I am not certain about the domain (what to enter into the field).
This is Office 365.
Any help you could offer is greatly appreciated.
