HP Deskjet 2132 have scanned with HPSmart but today the error messages is HPSmart is not compatible with this printer as can not find the scanner.

Check Printer Connectivity:

  • Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless connection, check the Wi-Fi settings on your printer and make sure it's connected to the same network as your computer.

Check Scanner Settings:

  • Verify that the scanner settings on your printer are correctly configured. Refer to your printer's manual or documentation for instructions on how to check and adjust scanner settings.

Reinstall HP Smart App:
