Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

I have a TopShot LaserJet Pro M275 and suddenly I can't scan anymore. I also see an 49 Service error.

 

I can print but not scan.

 

The printer display shows scanning to pc, after a view minutes the printer displays 49 service error and restarts.

 

Already did :

Restart

Unplug the cord
Waited 5 min
Latest firmware update

Tried it with USB cable.

 

Please help.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

As you have tried all the steps and still the issue persists, this seems to be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
