Trying to set up "scan to folder" on my Mac, but I keep getting an "invalid entry" error when I test/save. I have followed all the wizard/tutorials, but I have no idea what is wrong with the file path.

Here is a screenshot of what I have done:

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!

It looks like the scan to network folder path is invalid. The network path should start with the IP address of mac followed with the folder name. Try the following format:

Network path:  \\(IP address of Mac)\Scanner

Username: This is the Mac user account name.

Password: This is the Mac user account password

Let me know how it goes!

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
