Hi @BlairDavis,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to set up Scan to Network Folder on your HP Smart Tank 7600 series printer using Windows 10 (64-bit). You can follow these steps. While there isn’t a dedicated “wizard” on the printer itself, HP provides a method using the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

1. Create a Shared Folder on Your PC

  • On your Windows 10 desktop:
    • Create a folder (e.g., Scans) in a known location.
    • Right-click the folder > Properties > Sharing > Share.
    • Share it with a user account (or create a new one) and give Read/Write permissions.
    • Note the network path, e.g., \\YourPCName\Scans.

2. Get the Printer’s IP Address

  • On the printer, print a Network Configuration Page or check the IP from the control panel.
  • Enter the IP address in a browser to open the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

3. Configure Scan to Network Folder in EWS

  • In the EWS:
    • Go to Scan > Network Folder Setup.
    • Click Add Folder or Create New Profile.
    • Enter:
      • Display Name: What shows on the printer screen?
      • Network Path: e.g., \\YourPCName\Scans
      • Username/Password: The Windows credentials for the shared folder.
    • Leave Domain blank unless you're on a domain network.
    • Save the profile.

4. Test the Scan

  • On the printer, go to Scan > Network Folder.
  • Select the profile you created and scan a test document.
