Product: HP All-in-One 3830 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to uninstall/reinstall (Scanner software) for the replacement HP 3830 All-In-One Printer. Instructions continue to direct me to HP Print and Scan Doctor. Each time, I receive the error message "Another Instance of This Application is Already Running.

I would appreciate any tips or suggestions.  Currently running 

windows10.
