Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

My HP Envy Photo 7855 previously supported 2 sided scans, straight from the document feeder without refeeding paper source, but the current HP software (HP Smart) does not seem to provide for that option.  I have computers running both Windows 10 and 11.  Please advise what software I can use from HP or any other supplier that will facilitate two-sided scanning.  Using the flat bed and flipping each document over is just unwieldy.  Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-envy-photo-7800-all-in-one-printer-series/9073159/...


Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
