Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I have been able to use my printer until recently. I have tried to scan a document to my email but I am getting a server problem error. States the printer couldnt connect to web services. any ideas?

Make sure that all network settings are correct on the printer. If the gateway IP address or the DNS settings are missing/wrong the printer will not be able to communicate with the internet. Anything change recently with your internet provider?
