Hi there, I have 3 problems that I am unable to resolve:
1. I am unable to copy pages double sided. I set the copy settings to "doulbe sided" on the printer and this does not work.
2. I am unable to scan pages double sided, I do not see an option for this.
3. I also cannot find an efficient way to scan a document with multple pages all into one pdf. I would prefer not to scan one sheet at a time.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Let's address each issue one by one :
1. I am unable to copy pages double sided. I set the copy settings to "doulbe sided" on the printer and this does not work.
- Set the Copy setting 2-sided to "On"
- Place the 2-sided document on the scan glass (flatbed) and press copy, the printer will copy and then prompt for you to copy the 2nd side; flip over the document on the scan glass (flatbed) to copy 2nd side.
The Automatic Document Feeder for this printer model does not support 2-sided.
2. I am unable to scan pages double sided, I do not see an option for this.
Have you installed the FULL feature software? If not, this link will help you:
The following resource will help you :
http://123.hp.com/us/en/
Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.
Once installed, start the HP Printer Assistant, go to Scan and make sure that you select the "Page Sides"is set to "2-sided" and start Scan.
The software will prompt you to scan the 2nd side after the first side of the document is scanned.
3. I also cannot find an efficient way to scan a document with multple pages all into one pdf. I would prefer not to scan one sheet at a time.
