Unable to find EasyScan for my Mac OS with HP printer -- where can one locate it to download?

Thanks for your question! If you're using macOS 10.15 Catalina and looking for HP Easy Scan to work with your HP printer, here’s how to get it:

Steps to Get HP Easy Scan on macOS Catalina

1. Update macOS to at least 10.15.3 if you haven’t already.
2. Download HP Easy Scan from the official Mac App Store:
   • 🔗 HP Printers - Use HP Easy Admin for macOS to download print and scan solutions | HP® Support
3. Install and open the app, then select your HP printer from the list.

 If HP Easy Scan Still Doesn’t Work:

HP recommends using Apple’s built-in Image Capture as a workaround:

• Open Image Capture from Applications.
• Select your printer from the sidebar.
• Use the scan options at the bottom to configure and save your scan.
