When trying to install HP Scan for our HP Scanjet Pro 3000 s4 we are getting an installation error.   See the attached image.  I've tried doing an in place upgrade of Windows 11, I've also tried copying the BIN folder and manually registering the DLL from a working pc.  Any suggestions?
