Hello all,
I am trying to install my HP Scanjet Enterprise Flow 5000 S4 (Model L2755) onto a 64-bit Windows 10 Operating System. However, whenever I try to the installer fails on the basic device drivers. I have tried running the troubleshooting options in the installer and it tells me that it will download an external troubleshooter called "Troubleshoot HP Installation Failure - MSI" (see attached image) , but that troubleshooter has not appeared on my system. What is the solution to this?

Hi,
What exact failure is shown?
Please include a picture of the error message as soon as it appears, without proceeding any further, as different MSI errors are for different reasons...

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Here are screenshots of the installation process and how I got to the screen shown in the other image. What should our next steps be?
This occurs just after opening the installer
After closing the pop up and hitting next this appears, I select to send the report and look for solutions
this solution is found and begins downloading
this screen then appears, however, clickign next does nothing.
