Hello all,

 

I am trying to install my HP Scanjet Enterprise Flow 5000 S4 (Model L2755) onto a 64-bit Windows 10 Operating System. However, whenever I try to the installer fails on the basic device drivers. I have tried running the troubleshooting options in the installer and it tells me that it will download an external troubleshooter called "Troubleshoot HP Installation Failure - MSI" (see attached image) , but that troubleshooter has not appeared on my system. Hi,

What exact failure is shown?

 

Please include a picture of the error message as soon as it appears, without proceeding any further, as different MSI errors are for different reasons...
