Hello there and thanks in advance for any help, since I haven been able to find any information on this matter:
according to the HP web site, the software package should support Windows Server 2019:
Whe I try to install it though, I get this error refering to the OS version. The error is in german but it reads: "The computer does not fulfill the system requirments. .... The OS on this computer is not supported"
Anybody having the same problem here? We are trying to deploy this software in a Citrix environment: (Windows Server 2019, RDSH running as VM in VMware).
I'm glad to here any suggestions/ideas on this matter...so let me know!

Hi,
Please try installing the software via the command line using an MSIEXEC command, while I'm less experience with HP Scanjet software the software structure seems similar to consumer printers installation, which can be installed on a server operating system as following:
https://support.hp.com/si-en/document/c03351547
See below support document, check the Customize the installation section:
https://support.hp.com/si-en/document/c03351547
You may extract the installation using any archiving software as instructed, you may also locate the latest installation folder on the temporary folder, from the Run dialog type %temp% and press OK, then locate the latest installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs123A)
Also, be sure to add an ENTERPRISE=Yes argument to the command.
If it fails, by reviewing the printer specification or its user guide, be aware that it does not indicate any server OS support for the scanner:

Hey,
thanks for the reply...we were able to install with MSIEXEC following your instructions!
Now we'll have to wait and see if the software does perform as expected.
Because the install process was possible, I'm gonna markt your post as a solution.
Thanks again for the help!
