I'm no longer under warranty so can't get help with a scanner issue on my HP Envy Photo 7855. I did call about it when I was under warranty and all they said was to unplug and plug it in again but that only helped one time. I have not been able to scan using the document feeder because it doesn't pick the paper up (yes, I have cleaned the rollers). I was previously able to scan one page under the glass but now all of a sudden when I click on Scan using HP Smart, it keeps saying "Scanning is Currently Unavailable" and to check the connections. I have checked all of the connections to my computer, Wi-Fi and printer settings, and the drivers are up to date. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing the software but even that didn't help!
