Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

I have a new Mac running OS 13.4 and a 477 dw. Both are updated. I am unable to scan to network folder from the 477 to my Mac despite years of problem solving. I ran across an IronBadger posting from 3-4 years ago for people with similar issue and a fix was DM's to these people. Is there currently a fix available for this issue that I may receive? Thank you.
