Unable to scan to network folder

I’ve been using this feature for years, all of sudden it stopped working.

i resent the folder, made sure it’s sharable. When I push scan to network folder, an error message displayed on the printer screen saying “ unable to connect to network. Check the network and try again”.

the printer and the computer are connected to network, I don’t know where the problem is.
