I have an HP Envy 5055 multi-function printer.  Apparently, the scan feature "shuts off" if printer ink runs low [Personal Information Removed].  Anyone know how to get the scanner to work again after replacing ink cartridges?  YouTube suggested re-booting the printer by unplugging and replugging, but this didn't work.  TIA
