Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The scan/copy function of the device does not work any more (printing is OK).

Install of the latest software aborts at 99%.

For copy, you don't need a computer if you can't copy you have a hardware problem ( possible scanner CIS sensor or scanner motor failure).

This is what I suspected. But then, with a hardware fault, the software won't even install?
