I am trying to scan to 300dpi.
I am selecting 300dpi and no compression, but when I save my files as either jpeg or pdf they are around 150 dpi.
I've used this printer / scanner for a while and had all sorts of annoying problems, but not this one.
Anyone know a fix?
On top of having to struggle re connecting to wifi almost everytime I use it, its incredibly frustrating.
I'm on mac OS 13.2.1

Hi @crud55,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Update the firmware for your printer and your Mac OS. 13. If the update is not working, then we need to check if there is any issue with the scanner.
You may also, try HP Easy Scan.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
