I recently buy a new HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw and set up a Scan to E-mail using the printer's EWS page. When I try to scan a document to email, The printer show me this error: "Username or password is incorrect. Make sure both user account and password are valid."

Additionally, when I test the Email Scan function from the EWS, it shows the error: "Incorrect credentials. Check your username/password and try again."
I am certain the credentials, SMTP Server and 
SMTP Port, are correct, as they work on another printer.

And I am printing (wireless connection) to my pc with no problem.  I will appreciate help with this problem.
