Having just bought this printer, I am now trying to get to grips with scanning. I am not finding the "Help" very helpful, as it is not detailed enough for me...I want the scan to show me the exact shape of the item after cropping, not, apparently, the image on an A4 page. Also I don't want to keep choosing the options each time; can it remember the file I have save it to previously without me having to choose that file again? I have been using a Desktop 1050 up until now, and at the moment 5540 seems to be much more complicated.
