Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have the latest update. HP Smart makes multiple scans of each page until the program just stops working.  I want to make only one scan of each page. I am using an HP OfficeJet Pro 9018

If you have not done so,

Consider / Try

Update your MacOS version

AND

HP Smart released a new version of the HP Smart MacOS application 11-May-2021

HP Smart – MacOS Desktop – Mac Apple Store
