Hi,

 

I try to scan several pages using the ADF. Papersize setting is A4. But I do get only white and empty papers as a result. Yes, I inserted the paper correctly. Somewhere I read that the papersize and the setting must match. But as far as I can see they do match.

 

Where ist the problem?

For better clarity and to assist you better, I would require more information regarding this.

  • Have you tried to make a few copies directly from the printer using A4 size paper to check if it copies fine?
  • Is the scanner glass light moving back and forth to scan the image?
  • Have you checked in product specs support it?
     

For a start please make a few copies using A4 size paper.

We need to isolate the issue to being hardware or software related.

Finally, try scanning a different sized paper and check if it scans correcly.

Please keep me posted. I will keep a watch for your reply.
