good morning. i have a "time capsule" hp scanjet 3570c tabletop scanner which is mint/new and never used. it had been packed away until recently. the included drivers only top out with win vista 64-bit. on a win10 box the software error claims a "bad image". if anyone has tried this, is there a work-around? one idea was to create a vmware instance so i can get this device to work. the power adapter is good, the usb is good. the scanner will not activate or power up until it sees an installed driver. i would just hate dispose of it without considering other ideas. thank you, rene muniz.
